One reply from a named planner, a costed draft built from the figures you actually pay, and a plain statement of what we do with the details you send us.
An acknowledgement with a reference number and the name of the planner handling your enquiry. Sent on weekdays between 09:00 and 19:00 Kyiv time.
A first costed draft, or a short list of the two or three questions we still need answered before any price is honest.
Revisions to dates, board basis or room category. Each revision arrives as a full replacement draft, never a patch note on top of the old numbers.
