1. Total Price Transparency

At obzyrix.com, we are committed to clear and truthful pricing in accordance with Закон України № 270/96-ВР «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996, Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 03.07.1996. All prices displayed on our website include mandatory taxes and fees, such as the Maldives Green Tax and the UAE Tourism Dirham, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Mandatory Taxes and Fees

Depending on your destination, the following mandatory charges may apply:

• Maldives Green Tax: A per-person, per-night fee levied by the Maldives government on tourists staying in resorts, hotels, and guesthouses. The current rate is USD 6 per person per night for resorts and hotels, and USD 3 for guesthouses. This fee is included in your total price.
• UAE Tourism Dirham: A per-room, per-night fee applied to hotel stays in the United Arab Emirates. The amount varies by hotel category (e.g., AED 7 to AED 20 per room per night). This fee is included in your total price.

These fees are collected by the respective authorities and are not commissions or service charges of obzyrix.com.

3. Displayed Prices

All prices on obzyrix.com are displayed in the currency indicated and include all mandatory taxes and fees, unless a breakdown is provided. We comply with Закон України № 3153-IX «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023, Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023 regarding pre-contract information and clear pricing.

4. Additional Costs

Optional services (e.g., excursions, insurance, room upgrades) are clearly marked and added only with your consent. Any additional fees will be shown before you complete your booking.

5. Changes and Cancellations

Our cancellation and refund terms are provided before you confirm your booking, in line with Закон України № 675-VIII «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015, Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015 and consumer protection law. If a mandatory tax or fee changes after booking but before travel, we will inform you of any price adjustment.
