1. About these Terms
These Terms govern your use of obzyrix.com (the 'Site') and our services. We are obzyrix.com, an LLC registered in Ukraine (EDRPOU 05529952), at 28 Yaroslaviv Val St, Office 7, Kyiv, 01034, Ukraine. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our role
obzyrix.com acts as a tour-design agent. We arrange travel services but are not the principal supplier unless stated. Contracts for travel services are between you and the supplier. We comply with the Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' dated 15.09.1995 and provide mandatory pre-contract information.
3. Bookings, pricing and cancellations
When you book, you make an offer; we confirm by email. Prices include taxes unless noted. Pre-contract information, clear pricing, and cancellation/refund terms are provided under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023. To cancel, email contact@obzyrix.com or call +380 983 545 0508.
4. Personal data
We process personal data under the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 01.06.2010. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Advertising
Promotional content is truthful and not misleading, in line with the Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 03.07.1996.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, obzyrix.com is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
